The Support Package
If clients are unsure which service(s) most suits their needs, following the application process: online application form they are invited to participate in an individual, confidential discussion to determine which service(s) will be most appropriate for their circumstances. Once the initial assessment has been completed, the Professional Support Unit will enter into a formal contract with the client; provision of services will be subject to terms and conditions and the levy of the appropriate fee. Where more than one service is recommended for the client, subject to agreement, the relevant fees will be included in the total cost of the Support Package.
